Historically, synagogue sisterhoods have offered American Jewish women a public and active way of expressing their identities as Jews and as women.  At Congregation Sinai, we have a strong, vibrant and active women’s group.  The Women of Sinai is an organization of women of all ages who enjoy working together to enhance and enrich the lives of its members, the temple and the community-at-large.  Our programming is designed for women who work both inside and outside the home.

We fulfill our mission through:

                        Study bags for B’nei Mitzvah students of all ages

                        Co-sponsorship of Scholar in Residence Weekends

                        Underwriting Brit Nashim and Rosh Chodesh activities
